About Us

 

Aquanorth was established in April 1992, as a vocational training centre and retail business. We are located on the outskirts of Newcastle upon Tyne, (click here for map). Our dive centre is open Monday to Friday from 9:30am to 5.00pm (7:00 on Tuesdays). We sometimes experience high volumes of calls meaning that we can't get to your call as quickly as we would like. Something your not happy about?

We welcome any comments you have about our service and we rely on feedback from you to let us know if we are doing anything which you think could be improved. If you have a complaint, you should email us at enquiries@aquanorth.co.uk outlining your complaintand we will get back to you within 24 hours. Wherever possible we will endeavour to resolve any problems within the same working day.

1  When you buy goods or services from our website, we need to know basic information about you, including your name, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number, credit card number and expiry date. We also need your e-mail address to send you information about the status of your order. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.  

2  We gather this information to allow us to process any orders you make and, if you have requested us to, to send you our newsletter. How we protect your information

1  We use ePDQ CPI which is a secure online service from Barclaycard for payment Authorisation and settlement which meets and maintains all secutiry and transaction processing software standards including full compliance with the new Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).
