Just Completed your PADI Openwater Course?

 

The PADI Adventure Diver is a subset of the PADI Advanced OpenWater Course.

 

The Adventure diver course builds on the dive knowledge and skills you learnt during your PADI Openwater course.

 

The course allows you to explore and try different dive adventures, there is a long list of adventures awaiting you on this course.

Complete three adventure dives of your choice from the list below and gain the Adventure Diver Certification.

 

  • Boat Diver

  • Drift Diver

  • Dry Suit Diver

  • Multilevel Diver

  • Night Diver

  • Peak Performance Buoyancy

  • Search and Recovery Diver

  • DSMB

  • Underwater Photographer

  • Underwater Navigator

  • AWARE Fish Identification

  • Wreck Diver

  • Nitrox Diver

 

Get credit! Each Adventure Dive may credit toward the first dive of the corresponding PADI Specialty Diver Course. If you’ve already taken a specialty diver course, ask your instructor if you’ve earned credit for an Adventure Dive.

Pre requisites

 

  • Min 15yrs old – 10yrs old for Junior Advanced Open Water

  • PADI Open Water Diver

  • Reasonable Physical Health

  • Completed and approved continuing education medical form

  • Sense of adventure

 

 

What will you learn?

 

Working with a PADI professional to discuss your adventure requirements you will then plan your dives, complete your knowledge reviews and get straight into the adventure.

 

Each Adventure dive will be different to the last and may require the use of different equipment such as Drysuits, Underwater cameras, lift bags & SMB’s etc.

What Scuba Gear will you use?

 

Aquanorth diving centre will provide all the equipment required for the dive including mask, fins, snorkel, regulators, buoyancy compensation device, gauges and tank.
